Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru, Sous-Fretille 2008 :
The colour is a nice golden yellow, very bright...
The nose reveals white flowers, a little bit of honey, very typical of Pernand-Vergelesses.
The palate is very fresh, with a nice "fat"... I like the finish of the wine, with a nice acidity and a mineral way really interesting. I liked this wine.
Maybe it was a little bit early to open this bottle but I wanted to taste for the first time, wines from Hubert de Montille's children (Alix and Hubert), the great Burgundy winemaker.
