For the aperitive, I tried a white wine from Côtes Catalanes made by Andy Cook and Philippe Gard. The only varietal used for this wine is the grey Carignan (old one almost forgotten). It procures
to the wine, notes of pomelos and citrus. It is fresh, but the alcohol is a little bit present. Maybe it will be better in few years... Like the Mas Karolina (presented in the last article), it is
a good wine for an apertitve but also with grilled fish...

D'autres vins sont produits au Coume del Mas, notamment des rouges ayant une fraîcheur vraiment incroyable.<br />
