Mas Karolina 2007, Blanc sec

Yesterday, we tasted with Marie and Andrew, this wine. Very nice for the aperitive on the balcony with the sunset... The domain is located in Maury, near the Pyrenees. The color is pale yellow. The nose is very fresh with anise, fennel notes and white flowers... It smells good. The palate is also very fresh, with white flowers. It's a good wine to share with friends around tapas or antipasti... Other thing, the price is not expensive for the pleasure it procures (less than 9 euros).
