Riesling Josmeyer, Le Kottabe 2007

First alsacian wine commented on the blog.
Josmeyer is a great domain in Alsace and their Rielsing are very famous...
This one is a dry Riesling very interesting.

I like the dry Alsacian wines and this one is "not the exception to the rule"...

The cork is ok, a little bit soaked.

The colour is very bright, yellow with a little bit of green.

The nose is very interesting, on the white flowers, white pepper and white fruits. Very nice.
In the mouth, it reveals all the flavours of a nice Riesling!!!
Lot of white flowers and white fruits at the beginning. Then, a great volume grows and the finish is incredibly straight!!!
The minerality is very impressive.

Very nice wine!!!
