In french to say "Wine" in slang we say "pinard"... So this guy is really born to make wines... and he do very good wines.
I've tasted only the reds.
Three wines made with Pinot Noir :
- Pinot Noir
- Vendanges entières
PINOT NOIR 2008 :
The grape variety is Pinot Noir of course and the soil is made of clay and limestone.
The colour is ruby red. The nose is very pleasant, on the red fruits. The taste is very aromatic... it is good but there is a little of astringency at the end. I like it.
CHARLOUISE 2004 :
Lot of flowers on the nose, a little bit closed but it smells good after aeration. The taste is good, it is "gourmand", like if you eat a fruit... I prefer this one than the Pinot Noir...
VENDANGES ENTIERES 2008 :
The nose is very fresh, complex with flowers and red fruits... very nice. The taste is good and strong. A real Pinot in Loire Valley... It is very good. It is a very little "cuvée". For me, the best red wine of Vincent PInard
I recommand you this domain... The wines are very sweet, very tasty...
I'd like to try the white... Here is a link for a video (in french) about the domain : link
